Once upon a time there was a little town called Contucky Fried Chicken, all they eat was contucky fried chicken they would just get fatter by the minute but one day a new law was layed down on the town. The judge said Your not allowed to eat contucky fried chicken because its to fatning, the town will have to eat contucky fried pork stue slime ball and grilled snail. Some super origanal weirdo freak said that sounds so ablu obubacus "What" the jugde said I mean super ablu obubacus in my country it means so super duper yummy the weirdo freak said.The rest of the town hates it. So the town had to live on contucky fried pork stue slime ball and grilled snail, Until.......... Mr hotshot came to town he set the law strait he made the law what its ment to be, eating contucky fried chicken.

Striving for Accuracy

For the last few days we have been learning about a new habit of mind, to show that we drew a picture. My picture is me improving on writing for exciting words because I use to write boring describing words but now I strive for accuracy. I learnt my lesson.

Week 5 Reflection

What: On Wednesday we went over to our buddy class. My buddy is Gian they were drawing Picasso faces and we were helping them with it. Today we did a wordle about all the habits of mind because Mr Peterson wanted us to do it.We have 16 habits of mind the one  He's going to blow it up to a big size and stick it up on the side of Room 9. It will look super amazing.

So What: I learnt how to teach a little 5 year old how to do really good Picasso faces.

Now What: I want to teach my buddy how to do really good eyes because my buddys eyes on his Picasso face weren'tt that good.

Huffy Sliders

Today it was Room 15's to go on the huffy sliders. They are go cart's that the senior school has. They're kinder like drift trikes but a bit cheaper. It's cool because you can drift really good but most of the time you spin out. Heaps of us got told off because people kept going around the rock, changing the timer and cutting in line. When it was my turn I tried to do huge skid instead I rolled the Huffy slider, but I was ok. The next time I tried I was successful. I did a huge 360. It was a fun lunch.

My Felts Writing Group have been learning to write complex sentences. To show that we have mastered it we made movie.

Once upon a time a totally original guy called Rodney Rowdy piper, he lives in a tire hut. His hobies include eating grass throwing bark at cars and try to chew metal. Rodneys mum live's in a straw hut, they were so poor they could't even aford a block of choclate. One day he was strolling down the street eating grass, then he found a lotto ticket it had not been used up yet so he strached it out. His results were 9! 9! 9! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh he was screeming all over town"I won the lotto" he was excited. he looked at how much he won and it was 32million dollars!!! The following day he bought a limo,manchen, a life time stack of chocolate bars! and he also bought a lifetime servant. He was living the dream. He had a happily ever after.

Frank Bunce Fun Visit

Yesterday Frank Bunce came to our school because he was helping the Westpac helicopter to raise money. He is a former All Black, he said he would practice with the rippa rugby team. I was excited because I'm in the rippa rugby team. He gave us some tips on passing. I payed $2 at the office to raise money for the Westpac helicopter. The whole class got a picture with Frank Bunce, we also got his autograph.

Week 3 Reflection

What: On Monday Room15 went to Rutherford Junior High School, to learn about music and skill's you can use in PE. Today we had to finish our Picasso face's and our character's off our favourite book.


So What: I learnt how to pivot. I also learnt how to draw a Picasso face.


Now What: I want to learn how to pivot really fast.

My Holiday PMI

Plus: In my holiday I went to the stock car speedway in Palmy.  My whole family went to Wanganui East pools. I went to my nanas house for a BBQ.  Me and my brother flew to Auckland to stay at our uncles house we went to Kelly Tarltons. I also went to Wellington.

Minus: It was a lot of money to get into Kelly Tarltons. It was really hot in Auckland. Dirt kept flicking at us when the stock cars were going around the track. The meat was burnt at my nanas BBQ.

Interesting: I learnt that piranhas can bite a hand off in one bite. I saw Eden Park. 

Week 2 Reflection

What: On Monday all of Room 15 went to Rutherford Junior High School because we were were doing music and PE. On Tuesday we had Mrs Conniglan, we also got to colour some astronaut's. Today we had rippa rugby trials.

So What: I learn't that if you pass a rugby ball without spinning it you you get better accuracy and power, oh and also the person trying to catch it they can catch it easier. I also learnt a bit more of Metallica on guitar.

Now What: I want to learn how to play the rest of Metallica. I want to learn how to throw the ball really far.
