Rules and Laws - Whats the diffierance

A rule is something that a small group of people make and a small group of peple enforce.

A law is something that the government makes and people like policemen enforce the laws. It what keeps the world a better place to live in.

A law I know is that your not allowed to drink drive.

If this rule was't made there be heaps of accidents.
